Tomás grew up in Patagonia and started working at El Encuentro at the age of 15 as a fishing assistant. After graduating in Agricultural Production and Management in Buenos Aires, he returned in 2021 to coordinate the fishing program. He is responsible for season planning, guide and assistant scheduling, and the daily operation of the fishing experience.

A lifelong fly fishing enthusiast, Tomás focuses on constantly improving the program so that every guest enjoys memorable days on the river.
Outside of work, he is an active rugby player, bringing the sport’s values of teamwork and resilience into his role at El Encuentro.
