Tobias (“Tobi”) Bascour was born in Trevelin, Patagonia, and has been guiding for four years. A passionate angler since childhood, he enjoys the variety of waters and fishing situations at El Encuentro Fly Fishing. Always enthusiastic and easygoing, Tobi loves sharing his passion for Patagonia’s rivers throughout the entire fishing season.
