Cecilia is the youngest to the five Beale siblings, born and raised in Esquel and El Encuentro Lodge. Grew up surrounded by an avid fishing family with older siblings who taught her to fish and row at a very young age and with whom she learnt to guide, one of her many outdoor life style passions. 

Cecilia has always had some kind of role at El Encuentro through out her life and is now managing bookings and sales from San Francisco, CA allowing us to have a point of contact abroad and making the distance from Patagonia and the rest of the world a little shorter. Cecilia lives with her three children and husband. They love the California lifestyle staying active by mountain biking, skiing and escaping to Patagonia as often as they can to visit family and staying in touch with the lifestyle there.
