Carolina (Caro) Alva is a proud mother of four and has been an integral part of our team from behind the scenes. She began collaborating with Benja and, over the seasons, has become increasingly involved, now serving as our Image and Quality Director.

Passionate about travel, food, and cultural exploration, Caro brings her love for discovering the world into every detail of our lodges, ensuring that simplicity becomes a unique and memorable guest experience. She is also deeply connected to nature, enjoying gardening and life outdoors, and is known for her attention to detail and commitment to service quality.

Working closely with our chefs, Caro helps craft menus focused on healthy, fresh, organic, and local cuisine, overseeing the planning and execution of our kitchen gardens to provide fresh vegetables across all our locations.
